Wow, just wow.  It sounds soooooooooo much better now!  Whatever is going on there with the guitars towards the end is seriously kick ass. Grin

To me, it doesn't sound a heck of a lot different than the prior incarnations; the only new part I caught was that WICKED riff about three minutes in. I work in a warehouse, so there's always lots of background noise. I look forward to hearing it at the Boston listening party, and of course, on Sunday on my CD player.

That riff at 3 minutes is the same that was played live right?


Too be a little picky.... I do like the Bucket version right before the awesome Robin Solo. Seems Bucket's was a little more aggressive and in your face with the robot type riff during the chorus before the Robin solo.

Amazing.  Admittedly i downloaded the 9 leaks a while back, and had heard the song live, etc etc, and i was impressed back then.  But this version sounds even better than what i heard 6 months ago.  Well done.

The version is improved and it is easy to be felt. My opinion, of course. The drums are different, there is more power if you know what I mean, it is truely a very good song. Can't wait for the album!

Ill confess also but CD and Better have me greatly optimistic, cause these finished versions are way better even than the leaks.

I had wore "Better" out, but now, I am back listening non-stop!

That songs ok.

I think its quite a poppy song compared to CD.

Some good riffs in it.

and i LOVE the Sweep picking part later in the song!!!

It seems to no longer be the full song on gnr's website. Its just a clip like everywhere else. Even on the interscope site where they say the full version is there it isn't.

I agree D.  Even though I am quite familiar with the song in various forms, this version sounds awesome.  The song is basically the same, but there's enough changes that make you take notice.  Did I say how awesome it was to have 2 new GNR songs at our disposal?  And just think, in less than a week we'll have 12 more.

Everybody enjoy their last Monday in this pre-Chinese Democracy era.

I really  liked the riff that replaced the robotic sound during 3.00. I  liked the robotic sound but this sounds "Better"! Pun intended.Smiley
