Here Today...

« on: June 17, 2009, 10:06:20 AM »

It is finally done, mixed and everything!

It was recorded with a Shure SM57 microphone and a Presonus Inspire audio interface in the program Adobe Audition. The instruments I have used are the following:

Epiphone Les Paul Standard with Gibson 498T and 490R pickups.
VOX AD50VT amplifier
Walden D552 acoustic guitar, 12-strings
Casio CTK 3000 Keyboard
VST's used- DSK Strings, 4Front Piano Module, TruePianos, DSK Choirz
Drum beat programmed by Gustav
Short guest appearance by Linnea (I would do anything for you...)

Lead vocals, backing vocals, guitars, keyboards, piano and all other instruments by myself

MP3 download

Feedback, thoughts and critique are all welcome. Enjoy!

EDIT: I recommend downloading the MP3 as Youtube butchers the quality a bit. I also managed to forget to include the fadeout on the Youtube version, so it ends with a little random guitar noodling and a couple of bum notes.  rofl It is not on the downloadable version however.

I don't know why you cut out the guitar noodling on the MP3- that was awesome!

Anyhow, pretty good.
