what was the original bit depth of the WAVE files you made the FLACs from?

- 16 bit? 24 bit?

- 44,1 khz? 96 khz?

do we all have downsampled flac files?

December 13, 2009 - Olympic Park Gymnastics Stadium, Seoul, Korea

Source:
Sony PCM-M10 (w. internal mics?) @WAV 24bit/96khz

Source #2:
EDIROL R-09 (w. internal mic low, input 13, low cut on) @WAV 24bit/48khz

as stated in the FLAC-.txt-files  Wink
and they've been converted down (highest quality settings) to 16bit/44.1khz because the majority of people cant handle 24bit playback correctly on computer or hifi system, neither do know about much. so Audio CDR standards unfortunately are still most common.

cool. I just thought you worked on the 16 bit FLAC files raspaxl posted originally with some sbe's.

i think a 24 bit version should be available. If people wants to listen to it in a CD-R, they can downsample it by theirselves (extremely easy thing to do). Once we finally get our hands on a true 24 bit 96 khz audio source, we should leave it as it is I think
