Does anyone know of anywhere near the 02 (or anywhere in London really) that I can go when the show is over? I didn't fancy paying a huge amount for a hotel, so am catching the early train out of London in the morning. A 24 hour pub would be good (!) but failing that, any nightclub, restaurant, cafe etc will do. Any advice much appreciated!

I have just booked the Holiday inn for 2 nights starting from the 13th, and because of the price I feel a bit sick. 

But I have been looking forward to GN'R touring since the last show I saw in 2006, so this time I am going all out (not that I never in 06 of course  ). Should be a cool 2 nights at the 02, then it will be back in my city of Birmingham and then Manchester to finish my tour.

I'm staying for 2 nights and well lets just say I had to advance purchase my rooms at a high price.

I'm only doing it because it's the closest hotel to the 02, other than the pilot inn.

And now I'm happy as my tickets for the london shows arrived today, but still no Birmingham or Manchester tickets yet.

Never been to the 02, had no reason to until now. 

Oh yes, One.In.A.Million will be crashing this party. Can't wait, I love how alot of people are travelling from overseas for this. I know of someone from Germany and another from Portugal, who knows how many more.

This show was immense, the band was on fire.

Can't believe how good Guns are live, they just get better and better. One of the funny moments of the show for me was when a fan threw a KFC bucket on stage, and axl put it on his head. Sebastian was cool and Guns were were amazing as well, that's why I can't stop seeing them, they rock.

Quality gig, really impressive.  I've only seen the band once before (Download 06) but they definitely sounded better this time.  One of the highlights was that Axl had no sound issues and he just soared.  Don't know how he does it, it's almost inhuman.  I kept expecting him to run out of puff but he was great from the first to the last minute!

Only downside on the night was the abysmal transport situation (24hr city my arse).  I only live in Holloway and it took me three hours to get home
