I have been reading a great biography on Roberto Clemente for the past few days. Do any of you have any good baseball or football biographies that you would suggest?

Whitey Herzog's bio, "The White Rat" is great.

Fascinating stories from his time coming up in the Yankee chain and his relationship with Casey Stengel to rebuilding the Cards in the early 80's..

It's old, and may be tough to find, but "Bo knows Bo" which was co written by Dick Schapp (one of the greatest sports reporters of out time) about quite possibly one of the greatest pure athletes of our time.

Thanks a lot falcon, D, and Coma. I really would like to read about herzog, bo and aggasi. I mentioned  only football and baseball but i love tennis as well, so i will check out the aggasi book as well.  I just read the torre book after the clemente one. Its a great look on his yankee years

Oh damn!  I forgot I read the Pete Rose bio.  Interesting read.  I read it a while back, but definitely enjoyable.
