It's in Spanish though.

Train:
From Estaci?n Constituci?n station towards La Plata (journey time 1-1.5 hours - $2.10).
Bus:
Line 129 from Plaza Miserere and Retiro station (journey time about 1 hour - $10)

Another bus departs from Platform 1 at the Retiro station (journey time about 1 hour - $12)

The registration page at Ticketek asks for country: http://www.ticketek.com.ar/registracion.php

So hopefully it means fans abroad can register and buy tickets.

It appears I have a ticket.....think I am collecting from a pre-determined venue and I believe I have standing tickets that are just behind the VIP area. I am hoping that is general admission. My spanish is ok but in the heat of the moment and on a smart phone it kind of deserted me.....
