I'm not sure what time Guns N' Roses will hit the stage, but make sure your there in good time. I'm going to go at around 7pm-7.30ish, and watch the opening band as I always do. It's a GN'R show, just enjoy yourself and wait a while if you have to.

I never get people who are quite happy turning up to a GN'R show at 9pm-10pm, because they know that they won't hit the stage until later. It's a one night thing, go for the whole show and enjoy yourself.  Smiley

LOL!

ok, I understand you have been to many GNR shows and I can see your point of view so thanks for advice but I think I am familiar with Guns.
The reason I am asking is that I have class on that date so I was wondering if I will make it up after class or not.  no  Maybe if I will go around 9 from class, I will be there at 10? I had company the previous time they played there but heard loadsa of bitching so they are staying home listening to their dvds & hence there is more room for us  Cheesy Damn... I dont wanna miss my class, its quite important chapter greatly interesting not as much as Guns live but quite close lol
I am become too old, thats what happened.  Cheesy

You got a topic opened for all the shows you attended in Guns? Wow how many you have been to? 25?

I think if you show up at 10pm, you might just be OK, but that is still pushing it......as Guns could hit the stage anytime from around 9.50 in my view. But if you have an important class, then I guess that's the best you can do. But I have a feeling you will be OK, and you will get to see GN'R in all their glory.  Wink

Thanks for the compliment, currently I've seen GN'R 23 times. And if all this years touring goes ahead as planned, I'm going to make it to 30 GN'R shows.  Grin

What can I say, I love to travel and I LOVE GN'R.  Wink

Wow, that sound great!! Which cities you have travelled to, in Europa or USA or elsewhere? Something tells me you have that list already typed somewhere and sometimes you sit and look at it, hey? lol I would!!!  yes Well, more power to you boy, I saw your pictures in another thread with the band...its greatly important that you enjoy your life now that you can as they say! Oh look at me, I talk like a Fuckin granny! rofl 10 years ago, I would certainly travel around like madman nonstop but I am too old, turned 32 yesterday. You ever spoken to Axl by any chance, or anything too excited than you already have to share with so many gigs?

Yes I do have a list obviously of all the shows I've been too, but won't post it here as it's the wrong place to. I've never met Axl, but have met Ron in Las Vegas and also in London (UK), and also met Duff.

Love GN'R to bits, and can't wait for this first show I'm attending this year, which is this one (Dublin).  Grin

Cool stuff! Last time Guns performed in Eire & the MANIPULATION & twist by the media & what some ppl were saying was way out of proportion infact, more than I am used to which was very suprising!  Cheesy

I met Steve a couple of hundred years ago & I regret it. Plus he started bitching about Axl which is always a great advantage when it happens Cheesy  However, I did find the courage & shown character yet another time, such a benchmark to be gnr fan sometimes, isnt it?  rofl  I know he meant no harm & he has been through lots so I replied that I didnt care although my blood was boiling! Cheesy  chit chat yada yada end off.

Do you have the setlists, this would be SO interesting for me to read! I know there are many topics on the board about this, but its really a lot of work to put all that info together if you dont follow this band very closely... So, was Estranged performed live many times maybe? Just say yes, let me just use my illusions! I always loved this title!  rofl

Pls ignore subliminal msg LOL!  (I am going to use those illusions in a very special place with this very sweet & cute ..... ducking me back in da Garden yo? This was not sponsored by toothpaste company, I dont think I smile!)

Your quite the character aren't you... Smiley

There setlists in 2006 where very similar, so if you just check out any setlist from the European 2006 tour, then that's what I saw more or less 13 times in 2006. Then in 2010, again a typical setlist is a good example of the type of setlist that was played (10 times), but no Estranged.....I've yet to see that live, and I'm looking forward to seeing that this year. (the current band only stated playing it at RIR 2011).

I'm from the UK, but have seen GN'R in Ireland, Scotland, England, France, Portugal, US and Canada........and this year I'm going to Holland also.  Wink

Looking forward to this show as it's the first one I'm attending this year, and it should be amazing after what happened in 2010...

Even in 2010 there wasn't a set bar for the pre-party, me and Greg was looking around various bars but couldn't find hardly any GN'R fans anywhere. As I said anyone wanting to have a few drinks, just PM me and I'll give you my mobile number.....cheers.  beer

Just about to fly out for the show, see you guys tonight. I'll be wearing my 2006 Gold Star, tour T shirt, with all the tour dates on the back. If you think you see me, just come up and say "Hi".

I'm also going to be taking my iphone 4, so I should get some quality media for you guys which will be posted as soon as I land back in the UK on Fri afternoon.
