just wondered who it was it popped into my head, also wondering why they had axl for there front cover? kinda in cartoon form i think, or photoshopped.

a punk band i think.

the record is called reinventing axl rose as efish said.. but if you look at the cover it says against me is reinventing axl rose

Errr, I think it was because of the 2001 comeback/cancelled tour. I think they released it a few months or a year after. It's an okay album. They did a pretty cool version of the mats Bastards Of Young.
