Hopefully this album is getting out there via word of mouth.  It's way too good to be relegated to such limited releases.

Does anybody have this?

I streamed it on iTunes and it sounded alright... but they always put the best bits on the short snippets you can hear.

Would love to hear an honest opinion of it?

Also if anyone knows where to buy the CD in the UK?

I downloaded it from Amazon.com... I would've rather had the CD with booklet, but the one place selling the CD featured outrageous shipping costs ($6).

The CD is really good though, not a "classic" by any means, but much better than I was expecting.  With the possible exception of Slash's albums, I'd say it's easily among the best post-GNR solo work by any member of the original lineup.  If they were able to get some strong play for "Waterfall", they might have a hit single on their hands.

I have the album, and I think its pretty average.  It is pretty much what I was expecting.  I am pretty sure Steven has nothing to do with the songwriting process outside of his drumming

Maybe not, but every single song seems to have been written about him and his life.

It's a really strong rock album! If you like the clips you hear then buy it for sure.
