Yeah, I'm totally lost this time of year.  Football over (I'm a Giants fan, too).  No baseball. College B-Ball sorta in the doldrums.

Time to empty off the DVR...and, this year, watch all the GnR news!!

I caught the premiere of Billions... I think that's going to be the next big show.

I will get in to the hockey playoffs...but yeah spring training can't come soon enough.

Same with me right now. It's meh. My Jets imploded again as usual. My Rangers can't get their head out of their asses. So spring training can't come fast enough for me either.

Congrats to Griffey Jr, Piazza and Raines on their hall of fame election today.

All well-deserved, especially glad that Raines finally got in.

Looks like he didn't the site i read it on i guess jumped the gun. Only Piazza and Griffey Jr got in. Griffey now holds the record for percentage of votes at 99.3. That's impressive! Only player coming up i see any chance of topping that is the great Rivera.

Just noticed that too.  Cannot understand how they exclude a player of Raines' quality.  I see there's still quite a strong anti-PED contingent, as both Bonds and Clemens weren't even close.

I agree, no reason Raines isn't in yet long overdue. Bagwell and Hoffman deserve in as well. I hope they all get in next year because in 2018-9 we got Rivera and Jeter and there's no doubt they go in first ballot. Yep Bonds and Clemens rose but still not enough for election.

Good for Jr. and Piazza, very cool.

Not happy at all about Jim Edmonds falling off the ballot - that's insane.

I get him being a guy who wasn't likely to get in but 2.something %?

That's fucking nuts.

Yeah that's really bad for Edmonds. I guess his only hope now is the Veterans committee.

Billions is going to be great, the first scene of that show was enough to reel in and hook me.

Giamatti's great in everything he does and this is no exception.

I'm glad his Dad's Pete Rose ban still stands to this day as well. yes

It sucks.

I'm a small Hall guy, it's is and should be exclusive.

But off the ballot after 1 year?

Totally fucked up.

I actually don't view Raines and Bagwell as guys who deserve it... and that's not a knock on them...

I just think the HOF should be for the all time great players and not the really really good players like those two were.

I'm so down on the HOF and the voters... for my money i'd take Jeff kent over Craig Biggio 8 days a week... and yet one is in and Kent will never sniff the 75 percent.

I love SOA too... so having Maggie Siff in it is a big plus!

I think Damian lewis might be the next Bond too.

Bonds is the best play I have ever seen... when they walk you intentionally when the bases are loaded.....Then you are playing a different game than everybody else....

But Griffey is hands down the best player I have ever seen not linked to the juice.

I never got a chance to see Bonds play live.   Wish I did...

JRs all star career was just cut a little short do to bad injuries around 31 ish years old.  Where Bonds career only got better!!  ahaha

Either way Bonds belongs in the hall of fame.
