I already heard the song. Sounds great, the best one of the three IMO
But listening to these three songs just make me wonder if Slash and Duff are really satisfied or they are doing this to get Axl happy. IMO they should focus on write fresh new songs written by this line-up. It would be more exciting for them and the fans. They could also rework these CD era songs and release them from time to time because there is good stuff there of course but this is definitely not as exciting as it should and could be.

One last note. Sorry to say about Frank, he seems a nice dude, but the weak element of this line-up and CD era songs are Drums. Appetite or Illusions drums are so big than in comparison these songs, CD included, sound weak

I'm stunned.  The thought the vocals were a garbled mess and too much guitar competing with them in parts.  There was one solo in there where I thought the song was going to go in an interesting direction but it went back.  Don't think it's going to fit with the high energy of the show.  I'll give it another listen.  Not my kind of music, people over at MyGNR seem to like it.

well there’s nothing to be happy about or satisfied . Slash said that they want, as a start, to help axl throwing these songs off  his chest. The problem is that the ‘start’ thas been lasting for 7 years. 7 years are a lifetime u can get married, having children divorce, change a couple of jobs, write a book…. I mean, altogether. They’ve released 3 songs already finished 20 years ago.  And they even fail to release the last 1 . Yep I think slash is very happy  …. When he watches his bank account, ofc

Hmm.

While I liked the demo from way back when, I did think the chorus was pretty jumbled.  Couldn't really make out what he was saying.

I sort of expected that to be cleaned up a bit here.  Instead, it went the other way with it.  Now you REALLY can't understand a thing he's saying.

I know the lyrics from playing that demo for a few years now.  If you hear this version, now, first time?  You got *no shot* at deciphering those lyrics.

Agreed, tho I actually like the song alot. Wasn't sure at first but it's stuck in my head so that's a good positive thing. However, Think it's slightly 'messy' sound, production, mix wise... I dunno, Lots going on layers wise, Kinda jumbles the words. Couldn't tell you a word in the chorus.  Solo...meh. Damn shame. Could have been really really really good.

yup the song is good, I like the sound of it, how Axl is singing, piano is cool, rhythm section is
great, IMO it's the guitars that are the weak point, and the solo is just not at the level of Robin's,
and not at the level of what Slash can do
