(Every now and then I have to explain it over and over again ) The problem on his earpiece had already been solved... the "OK Nevermind" problem was the piano volume... look at his hands: he's making gestures asking the tech guys to turn its volume down. Please download the video... It?s everywhere on Kazaa or DC++.
