isn't he?? he's sounding eerily similar to Duh Duh Dave. pity.

You would really like to believe that... ok

i think its as simple as certain people aren't mentally sophiscated and emotionally stable enough to be able to understand nuance. so while the freaks on the board like to dissect the one example you give, the point is that its not about ONE example. its the totality of images/soundbites and your gut reaction to someone that forms your opinion.

Thats fine...but you made an overtstatement and cant seem to accept that its just not true.  You can still believe Weiland is too serious for your own taste, but when I give you several blatant examples of his sense of humor, when theres a lot more, and you maintain that "he has no sense of humor," then Im afraid youre just wrong.  Its pretty clear...

What you consider having a "sense of humor" might not be a sense of humor to others.

No. ?It might not be funny to them, but its nevertheless indicative of a sense of humor.

Unless you think dressing up like Axl while Slash is Buckethead and Duff is Courtney Love is an exercise in melodrama?

Thats a perfect example of you missing the point, not to mention its slightly ironic from somebody who just wrote "Duh Duh Dave."

This thread is hilarious. Badgirl are you mad because Scott never showed up backstage? Maybe you should have went to the Velvet Lounge with Matt and let him put your mind at ease...doin whatver he likes. Have to plan ahead at those meet and greets.

no, not at all. certain people are able to have grown-up discussions on a variety of topics without feeling emotional about them.

Booker, you need to get over it. you need to stop taking the time to find every person on this site who disagrees with you and argue with them. don't you have a job? or a hobby? is ALL you do think and argue about these two bands?
shame.

Give them hell Badgirl.... She's the one that likes to shoot her guns...oh no confident and self assured...

I love all these L.A. guys but without the levity of some Feminine energy.. aka Kurt Cobain... We all would have blown our brains out....

Here we are the generation on the crucible of the most profound changes in societal history, a total wreckage, and we talk and argue engage in one upmanship about what???

Absolutley nothing of value....... Don't forget the Rabbit... Makes me not take ANYONES on this boards thoughts on Censorship to seriously. All bought in!! All bought up...

Think Larger....Issue with every band today..... Still alive and well in Dimebag, we shoot at each other...

its funny how people bitch at scott for not showin up to a meet and greet

i mean that just doesnt seem like Scott.

I think Scott is probably real friendly, warm, nice, witty and funny to people in his circle that he is comfortable around but around strangers he is more of a loner and distant.

im like that and there is nothing wrong with not doin meet and greets

do u think axl would do a meet and greet?

i dont care if scott has a sense of humor, i mean not everyone has to be david lee roth

i like scott i find him very intriguing and interesting.
