Back around 96? (Not too sure) I remember a local DJ had mentioned that Axl had read for a part (Bad guy) in some movie .   Does anyone remember the details of this? What movie was it? Who got the part?  I can not imagine Axl on a movie set under a director?s control.   Something other than a Guns video.

Axl also filmed a scene for the film The Underground Comedy Movie but it wasn't featured in the film.  Slash however is, as a judge of a bag lady beauty pagent.  The film was originally called Low Rent Riot.

Axl filmed his scene in 1993 or '94 when he was leaving the Rainbow bar and the film makers saw him, asked him to film something, he agreed and they shot it there and then.  For reasons unknown it wasn't ever featured in the movie, which is terrible by the way.

Id really like to see Axl Rose branch out into acting, I loved his little cameo as DJ Tommy "The Nightmare" Smith in GTA San Andreas. Itd be great to see him in a movie, hes got the charisma and presence for it.

Yeah, I think its shitty that Axl never used his celebrity to its full advantage. I dont know how great of an actor he would have been, but it would have been very cool to see him on shows like Politically Incorrect, Fear Factor, Iron Chef, Who Wants To Be a Millionaire, Hosting SNL,etc. He still could have taken 12 years to do CD and still went on these types of shows. Its sad. He's obviously an intelligent guy, he should have used it to his advantage.
