I got 4 copies today at BestBuy. One for my car, one for house, one for my brother and one for a freind.

Thats like almost 500 bucks!

And you're right, after taxes it came to just over $500. You'd be surprised, but 40 copies fit nicely into a little hand basket (Best Buy has them at the front of their store). They also all fit into one large plastic bag (which kind of surprised me as well).

DId you set off the alarm system with all of your CDS. It went off twice for me, and the guy said Just go, it's because of how many you bought. My total was almost$300 with included special CD gift wrapping I purchased at the dollar store next store

I had said many times that I would buy at least 3 copies because of all of the downloading I've done. I have fulfilled my promise Grin

I pre-ordered 1 CD and 2 LPs.  Then today, I went and bought 2 more CDs.  All told, I have it 5 times, but I'm only counting the CDs since I can't technically play the LPs at the present moment hihi

I'm sending one to my ex down in Florida.  Gonna tell him to listen to Sorry hehehehehe

Some will be for gifts. 25 are for a promotion I setup for WickedInfo.com with KDKB out of Phoenix. I thought it'd be a nice way to help promote the album (and WickedInfo.com at the same time). Also, WickedInfo.com is giving away 14 copies through its November contest.

I went to Best Buy to get the album, hoping I'd get lucky at 11:30 in the morning yesterday. The entire booth full of albums was empty except 4. I grabbed one. Then I went back at around 6:30 and thank God they restocked the bitch. But the cash register was telling me I'm like the "100th" person to get this album today.

The current total:

1 CD (preorder, shipped to my brother...who got it on FRIDAY!).

1 CD and 1  Vinyl (preorder, in store pickup, for ME....who got it on SUNDAY).

1 CD (not a preorder...for my WIFE, who heard "This I love" streaming off the GnR myspace site and insisted I had to buy her a copy of the album for her car).  She's now listened to the entire album, and she's hooked.

Total copies: 4 (so far). 

Question: does the free downloadable copy you get with the vinyl count as another one?
