He is good at getting to the bottom of things. Maybe if he gets enough emails and perceives enough interest, he will tap his sources and get some info for us.

Nixon, I just dont see the point in doing it. It serves no purpose. Trust me, if Drudge had some major scoop on Axl and Chinese Democracy, he would have already mentioned it. His public career has went downhill in recent years, and giving up the goods on a mythical album would get his name in the spotlight again. I know that. You know that. He knows that. He has said nothing about it, so that should tell you something right there.

But if he got 30 emails asking about CD he may look into it. Would it hurt us to try? We just created a 15 page thread for the AA, which Axl didn't even show up at? It would take us 15 seconds to write a quick email to see if he can find something. It couldn't hurt.

I see your point about meaningless posts and wasted time in the oscar thread, but I really dont think he knows anything. He likes to get scoops and be the first to mention them. ANY gnr related news would be a big scoop, but he never mentions them. He either has no info, or he's not a fan and doesnt care. Why dont you try and find out if he's a GNR fan before everyone starts emailing the guy.

Why bother. Why not, we, as a community, send him a bunch of emails. It will take you or I 15 seconds to write one and send it. If nothing comes of it, no big deal. But maybe, just maybe he will get on the horn. We have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

Yes we do. You have started threads recently wanting to attack every media outlet that doesnt love GNR. What if Drudge hates GNR? Then we have to see anti drudge threads, mysteron and you begging for email attacks on Drudge,etc. Its not worth the effort to ask him anything if you dont know his stance on GNR.
