This is my last word on you, YOU ignored me, you are such a liar.  You im'd me one sentence about 2 times and I asked a question back and you *never* responded.  Then when you im'd me to tell me you were pissed that James WAS contacting you on Myspace, 2 times I might add, you im'd me when I had an away message up to tell me how annoyed you were that he was trying to contact you about the status of ROV and I didn't ignore you, I sent a message back to you and I am sure you got it.

As much as I don't like rov, that's simply bogus. Just because someone doesn't get their site back up right away, doesn't mean that other people who don't own the site can go and create a new place with the same name and site. That's Eric Romano sleazy, and not cool.

I agree, totally lame. Even if the site was now defunct, the name should have been retired along with it, unless the original creator agreed to pass it on-copyright or not. I highly doubt lifting the name was out of laziness, or lack of creativity. It was done so in order to obtain the crowd that went along with it, and out of malice.
