whoa - gnr has a 7/11 sponsor in japan. I didn't know 7/11 was global...   wonder if they will start the show at 7:11....  rofl

That may, actually, be where the ticket was bought.

You can get pretty much everything at a 7-11 in Japan....from popcorn to video games (new releases) to ipods to CD's and...yes...concert tickets.  Alas, no slurpees or big gulps, though.

7-11 is Japanese. A Japanese company bought the entire thing a while back. The same company that runs Ito-Yokado (Japanese department store chain).

And yeah, convenience stores in Japan rock, I lived out of them for a while.

And while they don't have slurpees, you can get burritos, bento, pasta, snacks, pop, etc., the usual stuff. I never saw popcorn though. CDs and DVDs etc, and you can have shit shipped to the store to pick up there like a post-office kind of.

You can also pay your bills at convenience stores. So yeah, they might be in the ticket biz.

So is this it? They only tour Japan and SA and then go back to LA? I mean if it was a bigger tour we should slowly but surely hear about more dates should we not?

Well technically in 2002 there was a world tour with fewer concerts.... I mean by playing asia and africa now they play 2 continents hihi

But as I said before, if there is more to come they should really hurry up...I mean without an album (i think it won`t come out before the tour)  they can?t assume that GnR will sell out everywhere within 2 weeks!!!
