Yes, Earl no longer works for Axl, as far as we know Smiley

he must have left at some point between 2002 and 2006 because I remember seeing pictures of him with Axl in 2002.

A quick internet search provides some interesting results

First of all, Earl did not leave Axl's service in 2002, as he was with the man himself on Axl's 41st birthday (2003) at the superbowl and a picture can be found http://www.lostrose.com/archive/pictures/axl75.jpg

Earl also worked for Madonna on her 1993 Girlie Tour and was her personal bodyguard for the duration of the tour. This was the only time Madonna ever played Australia btw
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Girlie_Show_Tour

He also gave an interview to Metal Sludge in 2002, answering 20 Questions

I read that Earl was working with Tommy Lee since the Carnival of Sins tour. He could of left since then.

He took part in the 2006 Alice Cooper Charity Golf Tournament and was listed as a bodyguard of Axl Rose. He also had a brief part as a bodyguard (what else?) in the 1987 movie Fists of Rage. You can find that 'interview' with Metal Sludge here: http://www.gunsnrosesforum.de/archive/index.php/t-764.html

I heard that the Metal Sludge interview with Earl was fake.  Jarmo, can you confirm this??

Is it my imagination or does this thread travel backwards through time? I swear Jarmo confirmed something hours before he was asked to. This must be looked into. We need a theoretical physicist. Or a priest.

How do you know it's fake? Someone says they read an interview and you come along and say "FAKE", like it's a fact, without even really knowing what you're talking about. How do you know this person isn't referring to the interview Earl did with Metal Sludge a few years back?
