A couple years ago I heard a rumor that Axl would not release a GNR album at the same time as a VR album.?

A.? Does anyone know if there is any truth to this rumor (or just media distortion?)

B.? Would the label have a problem releasing both albums close to each other?

Donno about the rumour.
I only heard that slash said that axl was trying to release a new GNR album at the same time as the first VR album.

I can't say I'd lean towards him releasing it  a) at the same time  ...or  b) delaying it untill after the VR release

But I would agree with the premise that the VR album has "something" to do with the release date

I dont remember any media outlet saying Axl wouldnt release an album when VR is releasing one.. my guess is this is a fan-made rumor.

it does look like thats the way its going, i mean they've both been delaying when VR was supposed to be out in sept CD was meant to be in "the fall" and now its around the same time again... we will see
