I would almost bet on  GNR playing a surprise gig somewhere in the LA area. This would only make sense before the head to Japan.. Would also give the band some publicity. I was hoping for something like the Hammerstien shows again but that seems way to late. That would have rocked as it is my favorite GNR show ever and I have been to many. That atmosphere was electric

Whenever they want, Its a great place to be, and i hope they come down here, ............. they have alot of fans here.
just to play a couple of acoustic songs.

but id need warning if it was to happen.    beer

besides the vegas new years 2001 dates and vma 2002 show, when has gnr done other surprise gigs? rir3 i believe was announced

Thanks 2 those who went 2 Mustang Harry's on May 12th. That made my first concert experience something I'll never forget. Never did I feel like I fit in anywhere as much as I did amongst you strangers

there's a rumor on chinesedemocracy.com that they are playing June 10th in Vegas for the warmup... apparantly, it's listed on pollstar.

well that cant be true since they are scheduled to be in AUSTRALIA.

Correction, new year's 2001 was announced, I knew at least a month in advance because I got tickets and drove my ass half way across the country.
