I am sure that his is custom but if you look you can find the size you desire at any jewellery store already made or if you have bucks, get your own custom made as well...

I am pretty sure the necklace and cross Axl wears is an original.  I know he has worn some stuff by Rusty Pistachio in the past, you can see his stuff at pnutjewelry.com .  I got an awesome cross with a serpentine on it from lovilove.com or lovi4men.com.   The best thing is probably just do a google or whatever search engine for cubic zirconium cross.  Good luck

Not sure what you are  ^ noping, but I didn't want to say it was for sure the same cross without being positive it was the same one, the article describes a different necklace.
