From everyone of us here
Thanks so much for taking a little time out to talk to us. You have no idea how much that means to us. Your songs are the reason we are able to get through tragedies and other horrible shit that happens in life.
Thanks again!
Not to mention that it's the soundtrack for the fun time parts!

Is this the first time you have posted on forums or have you secretly had a go before!? Watch out...it can be addictive! Another question...do you have any plans to release your auto biography anytime soon, or is this still work in progress?

1.) Is "This I Love" your favorite track on the album ?
In case Ax doesn't answer you, he said on MyGNR that Sorry is his favorite to listen to right now. I didn't know he answered it about "Sorry" . I know the girls I play it for have said its the saddest , beautifulist song they have heard regarding "This I Love". I hope it gets a video.

Axl do you control the weather or is that solely Oprah?
Thanks in advance.
Oprah Hi Axl, how's it going? Just wanted to ask if you had any fond memories from the UK leg of the tour from 2006, particularly the concert in Glasgow in July? Glasgow was great. I think that's where I got to do a lot of slides on the stage. Was like a race track or something rt? I think the racetrack you're referring to was the Download 2006 gig at Donnington? Could be wrong. Glasgow was the SECC in Scotland! You have the history with kilts and having Scottish blood, right? Haha! My bad, was it outdoors or in? I was thinking of an out door afternoon gig not Donnington though. thought it might have been a horse track with the layout. Probably what u mistakenly refer to as football!! The sites a little bogged down so having trouble answering much of anything. probably the Dublin RDS, i was there

Dexter,
did Robin tell You personally he has chosen NIN over GNR (his This I love solo is nice) and if so do You have anyone else in mind for touring that You are willing to share with us?
also how much influence Richard and Ron had in writing some 'newer' songs?
Thanks,
Velimir

Hey Axl,
Why did you kick Tom Zutuat out of the Roxy during the listening party? Was that true?
This has Vanessa written all over it. Actually, no it's not Venessa, however, I was at the Roxy when it happened.

G'day from Australia Ax-man, The Spaghetti Incident? of newgnr.com here; I would also like to ask in any future tours what songs do you foresee the band playing? And how do you think they hold up live? ie. songs such as Shackler's Revenge to me seem very technically difficult to pull off live. Oh - and I was there front row with my mate last June at the 2nd show in Melbourne, thanks for a fantastic show and especially for blowing away some of the mulletheads that turned up ready to hate on you guys

Wow! I guess I picked the right night to stay up late!
Axl, what inspired you to write "Prostitute?" That song really moves me on a lot of levels.

Hey Axl, First off I just want to say that the reason I respect you is because you refuse to Downplay. I use that word the most when it comes to talking about you because what makes you 100% genuine is that you show you don't care in the most natural and least cliche ways possible. I've also learned that how everybody describes feelings and music as "heavy" is fucked up. You can write a song like This I love and that is heavy and that takes balls. A song like "estranged" or "this i love" can change the whole vibe in a room whether the the people in that room want it or not. That is you...to me. This seems unrealistic but..I wrote a song that contains lyrics inspired by u called "the strip". It asks the public to do the strip cause they are fake. www.myspace.com/killandrade...

great to hear from Axl personally on these boards - the time to take out and speak with us fans is very gracious and i'm ecstatic to be along for the ride! quick question, 'when your getting ready to go onstage. do you have any rituals or superstitions that you run through? i mean when i played hockey i'd always listen to perfect crime/you're crazy -appetite version - right before i'd gon onto the ice and i'd get amped up and ready to go.... do you listen to music (who?) meditate? do anything repetitive 4 luck or what not * all & all how do you prepare yourself to get into the zone?'

I seen you in Ames in 06... it was after you fell ill in Chicago and was the first show back from that... I was happy you still did the Ames show after having to cancel the show in Brew Town... I was wondering how you work through illness and you sounded top notch even after being sick... I was so happy with the show. Thanks for blowing off the curfew and keeping the concert rolling. I was wondering if you heard a certain person yell, " Down On The Farm" 80 times... It was fine if you blew it off... I just want to know I was heard... hah. Also I yelled at you after the show when nearly every man, woman, old couple (if you were there people you would know) slammed me in the rail and some Johnny Depp hit me in the back 47 times... You bowed and said and waved goodbye... that was nice... I thought you blow the joint right after a show? what was the hold up... haha
