I've known Nick and his family for years, missed them last month at NAMM, so invited him to hang and jam while he was in town visiting an amp company.

I'm sure Nick meant nothing devious or self-serving, he just responded innocently to the guy holding the camera.


Nick jammed with me and some of the other members, not the *full* band.

Assuming this isn't just some inside joke, I imagine that they are trying out a number of different guitar players. 
And this kid is one of them. 
And he seems pretty good, has a lot of the hendrix about him (which I believe is what finck always bought to the party).  Major classic rock vibe about him. 

Also he's a pretty boy, which can't be a bad thing.

he sure can play but he doesnt look like a badass rock n roller , cant imagine him having the stage presence of Finck. Really liked some of his licks though

yeah, he's quite good. i don't mind having him in the band even if he's very young. and check out who he's played with.

THat sounds very good, I would prefer him over Finck anyway (never liked his style). I wonder though if he would fit in the band. Everybody in GNR could have been his dad.

GNR are a classic band! The guy doesn't feet in! He can be a good player, but what has he done to deserve to be in GNR?

Finck has done a hell of a job to fill Slash spot, and i' m sorry if he can't be there, but don't putt that milk smelling teen in the same stage with Axl

Why does Gnr need to have an old man joining?  Surely if anything, it would be excellent to get some young blood in, and this guy is a good player.  And he's well grounded, he's played with people such as Aerosmith, and people like Joe Satriani and Steve Vai.

I don't mind his age, looks or background but his guitar....sounds maybe a bit too bland to match for the other guys. on youtube tho.
