I'm guessing it is probably his first house, it's so cute I might add.  In my state if you bought a house for 1.25 mil, you would definately have some house and property, like acres of property, and easily a 5000 sq ft house with all the bells and whistles, and no neighbors if thats what you like Tongue., or a big house on Lake Washington next door to Bill Gates or something like that.

It seems that little place has about doubled in value in the last 17 years.

Have you seen his current residence?!  That place isn't much to look at either.  I take Axl for a property man anyway.  The old one and the new one have lush landscaping and a few acres to play on.

Axl, don't take this the wrong way!  We're only speaking in terms of architecture and real estate value, please don't come to my hovel and have me terminated!

I've also noticed there are no blinds on any of the windows. Do people in the Hollywood Hills not require any privacy?
