I'm so happy this tour has started so good, it's brilliant to see the band and fans having an amazing time. Keep rocking Axl and GN'R, and give the South American fans a tour to remember.

The Gig was great, despite the Gymnasium terrible acoustics. DJ Ashba really owned the crowd, and he?s become the n.1 axeman for Axl in no time.

The setlist was ok, and the Pink Floyd Jam was something from another world! The article mentioned earlier was true though, people on the balcony, where I was, would mostly get quiet or even sit on CD songs, not me though, I was standing through the whole shit.

Overall it was a great concert, top notch production and a great chemistry between band and audience.

And to Jarmo, now you will never listen to Welcome to the Jungle again with the same ears, Brazil is the real deal man!

Jarmo must be dissapointed. The guy travels around the world and when he comes to South America they steal him the phone.

Anywhere in the world its a safe bet, if you set down something like an iPhone, someone will be there to swipe it!

I didn't set it down.

Thanks to all the kind people who offered help, you know who you are.

That banner looked amazing! Very cool.

Setlist: Chinese Democracy, Welcome To The Jungle, It's So Easy, Mr. Brownstone, Sorry, Better, Richard Fortus Guitar Solo (James Bond Theme), Live And Let Die, If The World, Black Betty/Rocket Queen, Dizzy Reed Piano Solo/Street Of Dreams, Jam (Don't Call Me Nigger, Whitey), Scraped, DJ Ashba Guitar Solo/Sweet Child O' Mine, You Could Be Mine, Jam (Another Brick In The Wall: Part 2)/Axl Piano Solo (Goodbye Yellow Brick Road/Someone Saved My Life Tonight)/November Rain, Bumblefoot Guitar Solo (Pink Panther), Knockin' On Heaven's Door, Shackler's Revenge, Patience, Nightrain

Encore: Madagascar, Paradise City

Notes: DJ plays i the crowd during Nightrain. Chris is lying on his back. A huge banner is brought out on the floor by the crowd during Paradise City.

One thing to say: this tour is gonna be wild. Bras?lia was the first step. Next: Belo Horizonte. [thank god I'll be there  rofl]

That was like a soccer game!! Congratulations to everyone who worked so hard for this! This banners costed about $1000, and about 100 fans helped to pay!!

Plus, there?s a guy with a camera beside Frank. We?ll probably have some good video of it.

He's from the GN'R crew and that camera works for the screen shots. So we'll never see that unless we got the full proshot

That picture with the banner on the front of the audience is just wild. I knew the fans in South America will do the band proud, they are so energetic. I have seen a few wild crowds while following GN'R, but I can't even imagine being under that banner in the heat.  Cheesy

Lets hope this continues for both the band and audience during the coming shows, because at the moment it seems like they're having a blast.  Grin
