errr. then why did la guacima start prepare the stage??? http://www.nacion.com/2010-04-11/Entretenimiento/UltimaHora/Entretenimiento2331507.aspx

la guacima is a sort of stadium for car races. Morera soto is a football stadium.

"Sin embargo, ahora la nueva sede ser?a el aut?dromo La Gu?cima, en vez del estadio Alejandro Morera Soto."

Which means it will be at La Gu?cima, not Morera Soto.

So the Costa Rica show has been reschedule for tomorrow at  La Guacima racetrack, and the Guatemala City show has been cancelled.

According to this article the same contractor who build the faulty stage is building the new one.

To give credibility to the assurances of the promoters, work on erecting the stage at La Guacima race track was underway during the weekend.

The work is being carried out by the same constructor who erected the faulty stage at the Saprissa.

This sucks for the fans of Guatemala, I think that maybe the sales in Guatemala were not that good compare to Costa Rica so they decided to cancel the Guatemala one, but still sucks Sad

no man, 16.000 tickets were sold, the reason is not that, and if so, they would not have played in Colombia, where only 7,000 tickets were sold.

there exist another reason.   crying
