GnR isn't stupid... I'm sure they know how to set up a U.S. Tour.  Video or no video, I will be buying tix as soon as they go on sale.

When Sebastian Bach was announced as Canadian Tour opening act, he released a promo video for one of the canadian dates, but he certainly released the wrong one, because the video was promoting a US date on mid 2009  Tongue

I think it will, DJ seemed pretty confident about it, why would he make that up?  Also, what kind of world tour doesn't hit America?  You know, the country the whole band is from, and currently reside in. hihi  Common sense tells me they will be playing shows here at some point.

Frank said on an interview the Tour would start on Fall 2009. And it didn't...
So if DJ was wrong, wouldn't be the first time a band member gives wrong information about US tour.

I don't think Dj made it up, I think plans changed again.

I'm sick of YouTube videos - I want to hear Axl's voice in person.  drool

I'll take what I can get, but it would be cool to see them play smaller venues here in the U.S.
The stadium show I caught was great, but he Hammerstein show in NY was amazing.

I agree, I think it's common sense to think that GN'R will be concentrating on the US for a while now. I think the band are having a well deserved break at the moment, and maybe we will start to hear US dates in a couple of weeks.

Some how I think it will be a bit longer than weeks but they rocked the world we want to see them completely ready.

Since it will be my first time seeing GNR live I would rather wait so they would really fuckin blow my mind!!!

I don't really see any dates coming anytime soon but that just doesn't mean there isn't plenty of background work starting. Most likely there are lots of people on holidays after this tour has now ended but I'd imagine they'll get their heads around a US tour soon enough.

You know it's those other people who actually does the organising and then the band just arrives on stage Cool

I have a question.. after the whole Azoff Ticketmaster/live nation thing.. how are they gonna be able to tour, considering 99% of the tickets are bought online in the US?

I have a 2nd question, is there any alternatives to livenation/ticketmaster in the US?

They made it work throughout europe
so they can do it in the states as well.
tickets are going down to lower prices so it won't be that hard
