Did Axl make fun of the song "Working Man" by Rush in this part?

Rush:
" I get up at seven, yeah,
And I go to work at nine.
I got no time for livin',
Yes, I'm workin' all the time."

GNR:
"I get up around seven
Get outta bed around nine
And I don't worry about nothin' no
Because worryin' is a waste of my... time"

Good spot and maybe so, it seems to be more likely than not that Axl was referring to that song in Mr. Brownstone.  hihi

What a brilliant find.

It is like a response from Guns' late 80s LA scene to Rush's philosophical prog rock scene. Surely worthy of an essay

I am sure that it is pure coincidence.

My point being,  AFD credits all members as songwriters, I don't think if there was something somehow to this as a perhaps joke etc, or whatever that somehow Axl or any of the members would be left out of the joke. I'm sure anyone of the embers could answer on this.
