Eminem definately. 50 Cent totally blows and he is seriously only Hype. Eminem has to be without a doubt the greatest rapper livin even though i believe tupac was before EM. Eminem has some stupid songs but some of his shit is awesome and lyrically destroys 50.

Admittedly Eminem's 15 minutes have have been longer than many these days. But I think he's near the end (let's hope anyway...)
50 Cent's "In Da Club" is a guilty pleasure for me (the subtle guitar towards the end is pretty cool) but that's all I've really heard from the guy and I'm not exactly waiting on the edge of my seat to hear any more.
