Diffrent logo? you just change the color to black instead of red....and the printer can still use the same design...(atleast that's how it works at a regular printershop...maybe the site you've been contacting works diffrently...to make some more money Wink).

If they use screens they'll need a whole new bunch of screens for every new colour. and that costs more money...

Can you try for XXL's, as well?? I'm 6 ft 3...and even XL's can be a little "short". Smiley

Nothing has been decided yet, but in the place I found (which is a pretty good contender right now), they make no XXL  Undecided
