You know sometimes you buy an album, just cause the cover-art or song title or somthing interests you and you actually end up liking the album/band!
for me : -
Crazy Town - Yeah.I actually like em Cheesy
Jane's Addiction - Nothing's Shocking
Tool - Aenema
Scissor Sisters - Scissor Sisters

That's all I can think of now

The Exploited- Punks not Dead. I normally hate punk, but this one is too entertaining and catchy to ignore!

Punks Not Dead is classy. The Exploited overall are a bit hit and miss though.

Anyone who buys Crazytown deserves death. There is no excuse for that.

I have no response, as I'm far too cool to buy anything that might seem dodgy, ie: I stay away from major chain record stores.

I never thought id like most older bands but turned out i preffer them alot more.

Also liquid Virus, your not alone i do have both crazy town albums loolbies, but that was before i liked proper rock and metal.

About 10 or so years ago, I was into nothing but heavy metal and wouldn't listen to anything that wasn't in that genre. Anyway, I borrowed U2's Zooropa from my college library out of curiosity and I was surprised how much I liked it. It was pop music, but cleverly made pop music. It kinda opened my eyes up to how narrow-minded I was with my listening tastes.

The entire GN'R catalogue....I had all their CDs, I paid for them, but I never liked them....Once I started listening to them, I understood the truth.......Don't ask me why I had all the CDs of a band I didn't like, I don't know.......

Backyard Babies- Tinnus or whatever it is called. I just bought it because I had some Mall Bucks and decided to buy CDs, and I knew some dude on here was a big fan, so I got that album. It rocks, as well. peace
