It's written in italian my friend.  By the way, I think it says something like "if chinese democracy is released early 2006".

I'm italian.

the promoters of the "Gods of Metal" festival wrote that it seems C.D. will be out in early 2006, and they are claiming that Guns N Roses are one of the bands that self-propose/request to headline the festival.
but they have only two days, so only two headliners, then they ask to vote to choose the headliners.
