I would think he has heard them.....for some reason he seems more curious than the others regarding what Axl is up to, in terms of music.....or at least the others hide it better

maybe axl gave slash a copy of it and then slash leaked some of the songs out so axl responded with that press release

I would say so. I recall him saying he listened to the new (live) songs from the internet back in 01 or 02 after they had played RIR3.

Yeah,probably,ten years is a long time.I think that they miss eachother,but that doesn't mean that they want to be in a band together.
