My tickets are at will-call for tonight and weds. Do I go inside the venue and get the tickets before I get in line, or do I have to get in first, or is the will-call window outside.

Also what is the latest time one can pick up the tickets?

I have no idea but I guess you'd probably have to wait in a long ass line.  Nothing's easy.
