After Nov Rain played, DJ said: that Axl mentioned a few times Chinese Democracy would be out this year and dj says he's 100% sure there wont be a single coming out this year or the album.

dont know why he's SO sure though. sounded very confident.?

Maybe the guy is not a GNR fan? Who knows? Axl said this year and I choose to believe him. I might change my opinion in December though...

Local DJ's don't know anything that can't already be found on the internet - threads aren't needed for everytime a DJ reports news that's been online for months.

The DJs here in CT bash GnR all the time. Even when the leaks occurred, they pretended to debate new vs old Gnr but the new Gnr proponent was ripping on the new band with every breath.

It will take quite a first single to turn this tide of negativity.

He's sure because of all these live shows. How can there be time for a single and a cd out with all this USA touring?

Just for info sake without starting a  new thread but today in HMV I saw the album add in the Gn'R section. No date was on it though and no mention of Chinese Democracy. Only "Guns N' Roses new album coming this fall"

The way is see it alot of things are pointing towards a 2006 release but my gut says it ain't gonna happen.

Please, let's not make new threads everytime clueless DJs from all over the US mention the release/non-release of the album.....We already have enough of those.
