I'm glad everyone had an awesome time and thanks for the reviews of the show. It sounds like Axl is still sounding as good as ever and putting on amazing performances... and I wouldn't worry about Brain being gone right now. He'll be back eventually... I hope.

From what Axl said about Frank being a new addition to the band suggests to me that he's the new drummer. I think Brain is out-my guess is family commitments-having a young child recently would deter you from hitting the road for a month and missing out on all the baby stuff. I reckon Brain couldnt commit so he quit.

has the site not been updated with anynews on Brain then? They wouldnt (this is speculative i know but just for the sake of the discussion) need to put "Brain out Frank in" because the vast majority wouldnt realise it was a different drummer.

Tampa Tribune review is posted in the show thread in GNR On Tour section... good review. Although like the night before, the reviewer points out the band was damn late Wink

To all those who have a feeling they're gonna feel disappointed about the setlist, please PM me and I'll make sure you won't post here again.

I have no interest in dealing with the shit again after last night.

This thread is for discussions about Guns N' Roses show in Tampa.

That means, the opening acts aren't discussed. Unless they do something GN'R related (mentining the band, playing a song, having a guest on stage from GN'R etc.).

Posts that do not follow these simple request will get removed.

Over 10,000 people is a good turnout. ?Thats awesome and encouraging, hopefully walk up sales are high for the estero show too. ?Two succesful shows to start the tour! ?Very exciting.

My guess would be maybe that song did not make the album, but that is just a guess and i would bet that is why twat has not been played in a while.

why do you keep saying that? You said that too at chinesedemocracy.com. I remember you saying that. I think you make a redicule statement. Care to elaborate?

I think TWAT would take too much time on the setlist while trying to cram in the staples and a taste of the new shit.

Such is the dichotomy of Axl Rose: charming and possibly insane.

Now that is a perfect description.
