Man, the best thing you can do right now for yourself is to recognize  that  it  is over.
Whether or not  she  had  sex, she  is not emotionally involved with you, she has moved on.
It is painful, but you have to see  that it  is over.
Give  her  space, don't push. If she really loves you she might come back.
