Heard it on the radio last night on the Eddie Trunk show... I thought that was pretty cool to hear. Great song by Gilby and Slash ads some flavor too.

I agree that it's Gilby's best, and a very strong album.  BUY IT, PEOPLE!  ok

Yeah, it's a great song, and Pawnshop Guitars is a great album by Gilby.

'99 Live is also a great album and it's got a kickass version of Cure Me Or Kill Me, and also the best live version of Tijuana Jail that Gilby's band ever performed in concert.

Cure Me.. was written by Gilby, he once said that it was the last one he wrote for Pawnshop Guitars and the rest was already finished when he wrote the song. Then they quickly recorded it and put it on the album - last minute.  Smiley

But it does sound alot like it's from Slash Cool

The riff is Slash-esque but I really think Gilby did it.

The riff is pretty essential to the song, so if Slash had written it he would probably have a writing credit too. As far as I know he just added leads to two tracks and wasn't involved in any of the writing process.
