Now, that was fucking good shit!!!!! 

DJ is playing a LOT of Slash style licks in this clip, NOT A BAD THING, A GREAT THING.  Its obvious Slash was a big influence on DJ and this Beautiful Creatures band fucking rocks.  I hope DJ didn't make a Deal with the devil....  Thanks for posting this video, this seemed like a pretty good band!

I like this news. I think DJ Ashba will fit better into GNR than Robin did. Robin's contribution of creating "Better" was good! Other than that though, he didn't fit well with GNR style of music. Hopefully, this means that Axl  is back creating hard rock and power ballads that has a hook to them.  The industrial influenced and Broadway type songs need to go.

Dude, if GNR goes back to this style of rock I am going to be so pumped!!  This shit blows away SixxAM, this is more like Appetite and looks like Axl got a Slash Style player (which is almost kind of dirty) so bring back the rock!

great news. sounds like a tour is very likely. wouldn't be surprised if an announcement comes before the end of the month.

i'm a big fan of this guy! this is awesome. great addition to the band.

Makes me wonder if Axl picked him to help write Appetite style tracks......  Cause its very obvious Appetite is one of DJ favorite albums when I hear the Beautiful Creatures songs.

i listened to some of the things that got posted here and i loved them, plus he's a tattooed man.  love just have to hear him play GNR songs.  Tongue what i heard so far gives me high hopes. i know some guys will state it's not hard to be better than finck though..


can't wait till they announce tour dates. gosh, i'm so excited. i haven't been at a show in ages.

I understand that some are upset/sad that Robin isn't part of GN'R anymore.

He left. What's GN'R supposed to do? Wait?

It's not exactly fair to DJ (or GN'R) to hold a grudge against him just because he replaced your favorite member or whatever.

I remember seeing Ashba playing with Sixx AM at Cruefest last summer. Unfortunately, Sixx AM was the biggest disappointment of the whole show, but I don't think Ashba will cause any problems for GN'R.
