It is very cold by the water, but once you get away from it the temperature definately rises.

Gets pretty chilly at night time too.

I eat lots of whole grains and drink tons of juice, but really don't like veggies at all Embarrassed Corn and carrots is about as adventurous as I get when it comes to veggies hihi What are BIOTIN supplements?

But nowadays they say you're what you eat.

According to wiki

BIOTIN is a B vitamin, take 1000mcg every day.
