Chicago, IL at All State Arena - November 15th

the allstate in general has issues with tickets a good portion of the time, mainly because its not in the city...just to give people an idea...Wrestlemania was here a few years ago, and day of the event they still had a bunch of tickets including a crap load on the floor, and thats Wrestlemania which sells out every year...i think being in a burb kinda hurts the all state. plus i havent seen any ad's for it in any of the free papers here like the red eye, or the reader.

Thinking of staying at The extended stay hotel .Is that in walking distance  to the the allstate arena?

it would be a little bit of a hike, probably 3 blocks i believe.

Its right down the street from Allstate Arena, there is no closer place.  This will be the place to be.

It always takes a few weeks to get them in the mail. They'll arrive well before the show.

went to the HiP tonight and got my tickets at the ticketmaster in carsons, im in section 215 row A, i wanted to be far back to see the whole stage to see the production!!

We have an odd start time- not the usual 7:00 or even 8:00.  Do you think it's so we can go right from opener to GNR stage set-up to GNR with minimal time waiting for GNR?  Axl can go on at the typical 11:00-ish without the fans waiting.  What do you think?  Any other cities with the same?

That's my thing, aside from the fact that it's GN'R. It's GN'R at the Rosemont and I've got tons of great bootlegs from bands playing there over the years. It'll be cool to see a show there in the first place, let alone have it be GN'R!
