Ugetsu monogatari (1953) - "Tales of a Pale and Mysterious Moon After the Rain" - (informal literal English title)
i bought this dvd again, cause i dont have it in paris ...

http://us.imdb.com/title/tt0046478/

amazing movie. by The Great Kenji Mizoguchi

only one problem : you become very cynical and critical towards nowadays production after watching masterpieces like that.

i am serious, if you can find this movie somewhere, just do it. you will never see movies the same way.
in 1953.
now, nothing, nothing comes to like 10% of its power.

HIM - Love Metal Archives Vol. 1

I like that they still plays for small crowd.
For exsample this DVD includes few live performances from Semifinal, Helsinki. It?s great, that the biggest band in Finland of all time, were still (2003) playing in small rock clubs like Semifinal (capacity about 100..).

Desperate Housewives, Season 1.

But, in my defense, it WAS an anniversary present for my wife.

The last DVD I bought with any intent to watch it was the Lost Season 1 set.

Last movie was, I think, Sin City.

The last ones I got was Hype! (about the Seattle music scene), the unofficial Axl DVD (pretty bad) and the Freddie Mercury Tribute DVD.

Now, here's one I'm looking forward to:

Coming in November.
