My favorite is the one from Brown Sugar by the Rolling Stones.  What are some other good ones?

Dont think there is anything chessier than a sax - ye gods just sounds like an 80's pop song

Though 'Money' by Pink Floyd is a rare, and possibly the only, exception....

"I Feel So Bad" by Elvis Presley also has an unbelievable sax solo.  And, again, the Stones, "Waiting on a Friend".

Definitely not just an "80's pop" thing Roll Eyes ; you'll need to look beyond that Huey Lewis collection.

David Bowie was a great saxophonist.  Check out his album Pin-Ups.  It's a cover album he did in the 70's between Aladdin Sane and Diamond Dogs.  The song "Sorrow" has some great sax solos in it.

George Harrison's "Got My Mind Set On You" had one right? sax solos are awesome, the most memeorable sax work on a rock song is that song "Who could it be now" or whatever its called
