Well, it was just a birthday party celebration thing, so I am sure they didn't have the sound like u would for a big arena tour.

I've also hated Perry and never liked his voice much though.

I do prefer this tone compared to the one in Sweet Child video in this thread.

It seemed to sound a little fatter and more ballsy.  I am not a huge fan of the vintage modern.
