Bullshit.... at least with respect to the Buckethead part. Let's see... last week alone Buckethead was in Minneapolis, MN, Boulder, CO, Fort Collins, CO and Aspen, CO. And I know for a fact (b/c I saw his show in Nashville, TN) that he's been on the road the last 2 months or so.

Maybe Slash is driving to the studio with a bucket and mask on his head to throw people off. hihi

Don't even tell me the new band is practicing "Estranged"... drool drool drool

No way they're going anywhere near "Estranged"... UNLESS Slash is back.

They will play Estranged on this tour.

If Buckethead were in the band... yes... they could give Estranged a shot. But he's NOT.

Meanwhile, let's give Slash his fucking due too.... he blows the doors of Finck and Fortus... and if Slash had "difficulty" executing Estranged live (mind you he was perpettually tanked throughout the UYI tour hihi)... then Finck and Fortus would make a mockery of Estranged. PERIOD. And again... I like Finck and Fortus... you'd be setting them up for failure to ask them to play Estranged though...

Buckethead is a fucking amazing PLAYER... and he is "fit to tune Slash's guitar". That being said... Slash has some of the most legendary riffs in the history of music to his credit... riffs that will be talked about for years... I like Buckethead's albums... but I don't believe he can make the same claim...

This is not about whether Bucket or Slash is better...we've already discussed that here a million times.

Stay on topic.

So in order to respond to certain comments you want us to start a new thread, oh no wait a minute that would be instantly deleted. I suppose if I want a say I'll have to go and find an old dead BH vs Slash thread, resurect it and post my comment there, then come back to this thread and post directions to my comment about BH vs Slash so the person it was aimed at can read it. I think you just dont want us to talk about anything you find boring. Anyway...

'wtf? buckethead doesnt even deserve to tune slash's guitar.

Bucketheads playing technique is far superior than Slash's although IMO BH's playing hasn't got the soul or mojo that Slash has.

You haven't been here long...have you?

If you want to discuss If Bucket is better than Slash,? I recommend you take a look at the Dead Horse section and post there. I don't want this thread to turn into another Slash Vs. Bucket thread. Period.

Anyway, I just lock this since some of you don't really bother to follow the rules.
