If the album is out this year, when can we expect it to be on the net? 2 weeks prior? A month?

Anybody know the details of these things?

Typically, albums hit the web a monthbefore... this one, tho, is of course HEAVILY gaurded... id only expect when it ships to stores, so, say 3-4 days before.  Thinking it WONT leak is just silly.

HA! Right.... But really, folks: I hope that even if it does leak and everybody snatches u digital copies, they still go out and support the artist. Cuz I know if the material leaked and it was available, I'd download it, and then go buy my two copies...

A few days before sounds a bit unrealistic to me. I mean, it has to go into production at some point. That's usually when it gets leaked cause of the great number of people getting access to it. So when does albums go into production?

It will leak the very moment it goes out for mass production, if not before.

The mods on the boards are going to have a cracking time trying to moderate people discussing illegally downloaded material aren't they.

I don't think they are trying to hide it, I really think that no one really knows yet, except maybe Axl.  I can't even imagine what is going to happen to this board when it finally does get released, leaks or actual release.  The server will go into overload.

I hope that everyone here does buy at least 1 copy even if it does get leaked.  Support the band, they cannot get actual statistics of how the album does if you don't actually buy one.
