after one listen to the liberated album.  I'm afraid this album much like the first afails to impress me.  Sorry if that offends anyone.   the riffs don't fit the music quite as tightly as they once did in gnr and aren't nearly as melodic.  It also appears that slash is using more distortion than he did in his early days.  It seems to me that he is writing songs trying to be like Stp. I wish he would go back to his roots and write songs like he used to.  they were so good anyone could sing them. many of us did at shows.(Anthems)    That being said this album has a few brite spots.  Don't drop that dime is simply a beautiful song.    The last fight and get out the door  are also decent listens.   album is still worth buying and is much better than alot of crap out there today.  I'll rate it a 3.5 out of five stars.  hope I made sense cause I'm 4:20 out peace

I think it's not bad, but I also think that Just Sixteen is one of the best cuts on the album.  And the ELO cover isn't all that great.  Shall give it repeat listenings, maybe some other songs will grow.

Man, Gravedancer is a truely AMAZING song. I think everyone expected Last Fight to be THE ballad of the album, but much like You Got No Right did on "Contraband", Gravedancer has stolen the show.

I'm liking Scott's Voice more this time around, I'd rather have Wish You Were Here over Can't Get it Out of My Head, it kinda sucks. All the other songs are pretty good I'm really liking Pills, Demons & Ect and Get out the door. Overall a good album I'd say better than Contraband.

Unfortunately, Slash doesnt sing in "Just Sixteen."  The part that he sings live is sung by Weiland in the studio recording.
