I didn't notice on the lower quality streams I was hearing, but I love what they've done with the intro adding the little scratchy guitar parts over the intro.

leaving work today, I get in my car.

As soon as I turn my car on, Better is blaring through my car speakers  smoking   Xtreme Radio 107.5 (las vegas) is already playing the song and it sounded fucking amazing.

Amazing!

There are at least like 5 ballads or inbetweens on the album that blow that song away in every direction. But yeah, as far as rockers or so go, this one is probably the strongest.

I just did a quick browse through the "Recently Played' list on 97.7 Htz FM in Toronto (www.htzfm.com) and it looks like they did a back-to-back of GN'R around 9:30, Better & Chinese Democracy!   They also played Better earlier in the day around 1 and Chinese Democracy around 3.... awesome to see so much GN'R being played on the radio!

As for the Edge... it seems they played Chinese Democracy 4 times today (and WTTJ once), but no sign of Better.  Still cool considering they are an alt-rock station only playing GN'R because people voted for it!

I havent heard it on the radio yet, but Im excited. "Better"  has been my favorite song from the new GnR since I heard a few years back. It was my ringtone for a long time, people would always ask me who it was. I cant wait for those people to hear the song in full!
Only thing I can say is that the "sound effects" during the breakdown and solo is a bit much, I can do without that, but the song still rocks!

I heard it on the way to the listening party last night....sounded GREAT.

Then heard it AT the listening party...and I gotta say:  Radio doesn't do it justice.  It sounded even better.
